We have developed a special and patented product for the heating of IBC tanks, drums and drums, which are needed in many branches of the industry. The Barrel Heater is wrapped around the barrel in the form of a heater belt and fastened with Velcro. Thanks to the electronic temperature control device on it, it keeps the product at the desired temperature. We offer our flexible Barrel Heaters, which we have developed, in six types as can be seen in the table below. The first and second varieties are of the same size. The difference is due to the characteristics of the 61016 and 62012 electronic temperature control. Our third and fourth kind of Barrel Heater products are; It is barrel-sized and completely surrounds the barrel. In addition, our V1185 product has a 62012 temperature controller that controls temperatures below 100 oC. Our V2185 coded product, on the other hand, has a higher power and 62912 coded Electronic temperature control device that can be used for temperatures below 250 oC. In addition, in order not to be affected by the external environment, different internal and external insulation jackets are produced for indoor and outdoor areas upon request. The difference between the two is that the external insulation jacket is made of silicone fabric so that it is not affected by weather conditions such as snow and rain. In all of our electronic temperature controllers that we program with PIC, the desired operating temperature is entered by default. In order to prevent deterioration of the product, the ceiling temperature value declared by the customer is entered. The user can reprogram the default value to remain within the ceiling temperature value.
