In order to benefit the most from the heaters that we manufacture, we had to develop our own temperature control devices. Therefore, we developed the temperature control devices according to the specific requirements of every work, ranging from mini to maxi. Common features of our temperature control devices; A) The power feed is on made on the device. B) Devices control the temperature with 1 C degree of precision. C) Due to the fact that we programmed the devices with PIC, we can run the systems with certain logic. D) For the temperature measurement under 100 C we use we use shielded sensor wiring between the device and the point of measurement because of the characteristics of the sensor. E) Some our products are manufactured with the variants, running with K type thermocouples for the temperature control requirements of 100C or above.. F) As the result of the use of semi conductors, you can make millions of switch on-off without the risk of short circuit. G) The systems consist of a wide array of devices that can answer to any need. H) Control devices can measure the temperatures of different points and evaluate the data according to certain logic. I) A lower minimum and upper maximum temperature limit are programmed to our heating systems for safety reasons. J) Any intended temperature is entered as default. K) It is possible to change the operation temperature. If desired, you can change the default temperature value as well. L) In order to prevent interventions, the devices come with a keypad lock. M) The specially manufactured devices are custom made according to the order. They are not covered in this section. 62914 series devices is an upgraded version of 62012 with K-Type thermocouple that is used to measure higher temperatures. This device can control the heaters up to 50 Amperes in real time. You can display the temperature on-screen and start the device either by manually or automatically by inputting a start-up and close-down time.
- When plugged in, it starts running with the default temperature.
- You can define minimum and maximum limits to the device for safety purposes; you can change the operation temperature within those indicated limits or return to the factory settings.
- The keypad can be locked and unlocked, when required in order to preserve settings.
- There is another version with Thermocouple with the same features for even higher temperatures.
